The notice specifies that patients with new coronavirus infection in all the medical institutions, in line with the health and health departments to develop a new coronavirus infection treatment plan of inpatient medical costs, the implementation of the previous cost protection policy, by the basic medical insurance, major medical insurance, medical assistance and other payments in accordance with the provisions, the individual burden of the part of the financial subsidies, the funds required by the city and county financial first, the central financial services according to the actual The central government will subsidize 60% of the actual costs incurred, and the remaining 40% will be borne by the provincial government in accordance with the “Notice of the General Office of the Henan Provincial People’s Government on the Issuance of the Provincial Sharing of Expenditure Responsibilities for Common Financial Affairs between the Province and Cities and Counties”, which determines the provincial sharing ratio in the field of health care.

Insured patients in the primary health insurance designated medical institutions (secondary and below) and the new coronavirus infection treatment-related outpatient and emergency costs, there is no starting line and cap line, the reimbursement rate of the province’s unified determined at 70%.

The Notice proposes that the above policy will be implemented first until March 31.
