From 00:00 to 24:00 on October 16, there were 13 new local confirmed cases (including 2 cases of asymptomatic infected persons to confirmed cases, of which 9 cases

There were 6 new confirmed cases and 14 new asymptomatic cases imported from abroad, and no new suspected cases. Five cases were cured and discharged from hospital, and seven cases of asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation.

Confirmed case 1: now lives in 12 Zhongguancun South Street, Haidian District, and is a socially screened person, diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 16.

Confirmed case 2: now lives in Chawu Railway Station, Huairou District, and is an isolated observer, diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 16.

Confirmed case 3: now lives in No. 2 Cuiwei Road, Haidian District, as an isolation observer, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 16.

Confirmed case 4: now lives in Building 1, Block Yu North Street, Dongsi, Dongcheng District, is an isolated observer, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 16.

Confirmed case 5: now lives in No. 40 Weijia Hutong, Dongcheng District, and is an isolated observer, diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 16.

Confirmed case 6: now lives in No. 18 Xiyue Linyue, Daxing District, and is under isolation and observation, diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 16.

Confirmed case 7: now lives at No. 6 Guangqumenwai Street, Chaoyang District, and is under isolation and observation, diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 16.

Confirmed cases 8 and 10: now living at No. 56, Bei Lishi Road B, Xicheng District, under isolation and observation, diagnosed as confirmed cases on October 16.

Confirmed case 9: now lives at No. 59, Nanbanbidian Center 2nd Street, Shunyi District, and is an isolated observer, diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 16.

Confirmed case 11: now lives at No. 2 Xishuijing Hutong, Dongcheng District, an isolated observer, diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 16.

Asymptomatic infected person 1: now lives in Chawu Railway Station, Huairou District, is an isolated observer, and was diagnosed as an asymptomatic infected person on October 16.

Asymptomatic infected person 2: currently lives in Xinjingjiayuan East District, Dongcheng District, is an isolated observer, and was diagnosed as an asymptomatic infected person on October 16.

Confirmed case 1: Chinese national, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Hong Kong, China on October 12, sent to centralized isolation hotel via closed-loop management, diagnosed as confirmed case on October 16.

Confirmed case 2: Chinese national from Taiwan, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Taiwan, China on October 7 and was sent to the centralized isolation hotel under closed-loop management, and was diagnosed on October 16.

Confirmed case 3: Chinese national, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Russia on October 13, sent to the centralized isolation hotel through closed-loop management, and diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 16.

Confirmed cases 4 and 5: Chinese nationals, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from the United Arab Emirates on October 14, sent to the centralized isolation hotel through closed-loop management, and diagnosed as confirmed cases on October 16.

Confirmed case 6: Chinese national, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from South Korea on October 15, sent to the centralized isolation hotel under closed-loop management, and diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 16.

All the above cases have been transferred to designated hospitals, epidemiological investigations have been conducted and control measures have been implemented as required.
