Beijing added 34 new local confirmed cases on Nov. 9

From 00:00 to 24:00 on November 9, there were 34 new local confirmed cases and 61 asymptomatic infections (57 of which have been notified), 88 cases of isolation and observation, 7 cases of social surface screening, and no new suspected cases; there were 4 new overseas imported confirmed cases and 6 asymptomatic infections, and no new suspected cases. There were 15 cases discharged from hospital and 14 asymptomatic infected persons released from medical observation.

Confirmed cases 1, 23, 24: Currently living in Dongze Campus of Beijing Middle School in Chaoyang District, they are under isolation and observation, and were diagnosed as confirmed cases on November 9.

Confirmed cases 2, 3 and 26: currently living in Anhua Xili 2, Chaoyang District, and are under isolation and observation, diagnosed as confirmed cases on November 9.

Confirmed case 4: Currently lives in Huizhong Beili, Chaoyang District, and is under isolation and observation, diagnosed as a confirmed case on November 9.

Confirmed cases 5 to 8: Currently resides at A6, west side of the north gate of Dongba Country Park in Chaoyang District, and is under isolation and observation, diagnosed as a confirmed case on November 9.

Confirmed cases 9 and 28: Currently residing in Nanhu East Park I, Chaoyang District, as an isolated observer, diagnosed as confirmed cases on November 9.

Confirmed case 10: Currently lives in Yinlord International, Chaoyang District, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case on November 9.

Confirmed case 1: Chinese national, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Germany on November 6, sent to centralized isolation hotel through closed-loop management, diagnosed as confirmed case on November 9.

Confirmed case 2: Chinese national, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Mauritius via the United Arab Emirates on November 4, sent to the centralized isolation hotel under closed-loop management, and diagnosed as a confirmed case on November 9.

Confirmed case 3: Chinese national of Taiwan origin, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Taiwan, China on November 4, and was sent to the centralized isolation hotel under closed-loop management, and was diagnosed on November 9.

Confirmed case 4: Chinese national, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Japan on November 7, sent to the centralized isolation hotel through closed-loop management, and diagnosed as confirmed case on November 9.

All the above cases have been transferred to designated hospitals, epidemiological investigations have been conducted and control measures have been implemented as required.
