Beijing yesterday added 8 confirmed local cases and 2 asymptomatic local infections】 Beijing on October 23 added 8 confirmed local cases, 2 asymptomatic local infections (all in isolation and under observation) and 6 confirmed imported cases and 3 asymptomatic imported infections from abroad 8 cases were cured and discharged from hospital

From 00:00 to 24:00 on October 23, there were 8 new local confirmed cases (including 1 case of asymptomatic infected person to confirmed case, both notified) and 2 cases of asymptomatic infected person (notified), all of them were isolated and observed, and there were no new suspected cases; 6 new overseas imported confirmed cases (including 1 case of asymptomatic infected person to confirmed case) and 3 cases of asymptomatic infected person, and there were no new suspected cases. Eight cases were cured and discharged from the hospital, and four cases of asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation.

Confirmed cases 1 and 2: currently living in Parkview A, Chaoyang District, are under isolation and observation, and were diagnosed as confirmed cases on October 23.

Confirmed cases 3 and 4: Isolated and under observation, diagnosed as confirmed cases on October 23.

Confirmed case 5: now lives in Kongjiajing Village, Chaoyang District, and is under isolation and observation, diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 23.

Confirmed case 6: currently lives in Building 6, Chongwenmen East Street, Dongcheng District, and is under isolation and observation, diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 23.

Confirmed case 7: now lives in No. 12 Zhongguancun South Street, Haidian District, is an isolated observer, and was diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 23.

Asymptomatic infected person 1: now lives in Parkview A, Chaoyang District, is an isolated observer, and was diagnosed as an asymptomatic infected person on October 23.

Asymptomatic Infected Person 2: an isolated person under observation, diagnosed as asymptomatic on October 23.

Outbound imported confirmed cases

Confirmed case 1: Chinese national, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from UAE on October 12, sent to centralized isolation hotel via closed-loop management, diagnosed as confirmed case on October 23.

Confirmed cases 2 and 3: Chinese national, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from UAE on October 21, sent to the centralized isolation hotel under closed-loop management, and diagnosed as confirmed cases on October 23.

Confirmed case 4: Chinese national, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from France on October 22, sent to the centralized isolation hotel under closed-loop management, and diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 23.

Confirmed case 5: Korean national, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Korea on October 22, sent to the centralized isolation hotel under closed-loop management, and diagnosed as a confirmed case on October 23.

Confirmed case 6: Chinese Taiwanese national, arrived at Beijing Capital Airport from Taiwan on October 18, sent to the centralized isolation hotel under closed-loop management, diagnosed as asymptomatic on October 20, and diagnosed as confirmed on October 23.

All the above cases have been transferred to designated hospitals, epidemiological investigations have been conducted and control measures have been implemented as required.
