According to the Guangdong Provincial Health and Wellness Commission, 28 new local confirmed cases were reported in Huizhou from 0-24 hours on December 21, 2022. The notification is as follows.

December 21, 0-24 hours, the province’s new local confirmed cases of 1325 cases (Guangzhou 546 cases, Shenzhen 90 cases, Zhuhai 93 cases, Shantou 93 cases, Foshan 58 cases, Shaoguan 9 cases, Meizhou 34 cases, Huizhou 28 cases, Shanwei 40 cases, Dongguan 8 cases, Zhongshan 40 cases, Jiangmen 7 cases, Yangjiang 47 cases, Zhanjiang 21 cases, Maoming 86 cases, Zhaoqing 40 cases, Qingyuan 14 cases, Chaozhou (30 cases, Jieyang 13 cases, Yunfu 28 cases). There were 47 new confirmed cases imported from outside the province (46 cases in Guangzhou and 1 case in Foshan).
There are 659 new cases discharged in the province (31 cases imported from abroad), and 10,982 cases are currently in hospital (163 cases imported from abroad).
As of 24:00 on December 21, the province reported a total of 64,114 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia (6,777 cases imported from abroad).
