Four new local confirmed cases and five local asymptomatic infections in Chongqing

The Chongqing Health and Wellness Commission issued an epidemic notification on October 21. From 0 to 24 hours on October 20, there were 4 new local confirmed cases in Chongqing, including 1 case in Banan District and 1 case in Yongchuan District, both of which were converted from asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases; 1 case in Jiangjin District, which was found among isolation control personnel; and 1 case in Wushan County, which was found during nucleic acid testing of key personnel. Five new cases of local asymptomatic infections were added, including four cases in Jiangjin District and one case in Nanan District, all of which were found among isolation control personnel. 10 cases of confirmed local cases were cured and discharged from the hospital (2 cases in Xiushan County, 1 case in Shapingba District, 1 case in Yubei District, 1 case in Banan District, 1 case in Yongchuan District, 1 case in Dazu District, 1 case in Rongchang District, 1 case in Dianjiang County, 1 case in Yunyang County), and 7 cases of local asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation (2 cases in Yubei District, 2 cases in Xiushan County, 1 case in Hechuan District, 1 case in Dazu District, 1 case in Pengshui County).

As of 24:00 on October 20, there were 140 local confirmed cases in Chongqing (29 cases in Yubei District, 16 cases in Shapingba District, 15 cases in Banan District, 15 cases in Jiangjin District, 9 cases in Yongchuan District, 7 cases in Jiulongpo District, 6 cases in Nanan District, 5 cases in Wushan County, 4 cases in Jiangbei District, 4 cases in Hechuan District, 4 cases in Tongnan District, 4 cases in Xiushan County, 3 cases in Nanchuan District, 3 cases in Dianjiang County, 3 cases in Pengshui County, 2 cases in Fengjie County Wanzhou District 1 case, Yuzhong District 1 case, Dadukou District 1 case, Qijiang District 1 case, Dazu District 1 case, Tongliang District 1 case, Liangping District 1 case, Wulong District 1 case, Chengkou County 1 case, Yunyang County 1 case, Youyang County 1 case), there are 219 cases of local asymptomatic infections (84 cases in Yubei District, 52 cases in Jiangjin District, 17 cases in Yongchuan District, 10 cases in Shapingba District, 8 cases in Nanan District, 6 cases in Hechuan District, 6 cases in Rongchang District, 6 cases in Dianjiang County 6 cases, Pengshui County 5 cases, Fengdu County 4 cases, Xiushan County 4 cases, Dadukou District 3 cases, Banan District 3 cases, Qianjiang District 2 cases, Yuzhong District 2 cases, Beibei District 2 cases, Jiangbei District 1 case, Jiulongpo District 1 case, Bishan District 1 case, Tongnan District 1 case, Wuxi County 1 case).

From 0:00 to 24:00 on October 20, there were no new overseas imported confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons in Chongqing; one overseas imported confirmed case (Singapore) was cured and discharged from hospital, and two overseas imported asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation (one case in Italy and one case in Singapore).

As of 24:00 on October 20, Chongqing has 12 confirmed cases of overseas imported cases (2 cases in Italy, 3 cases in Singapore, 3 cases in Hong Kong, China, 1 case in Laos, 3 cases in Spain), and 7 cases of overseas imported asymptomatic infections (2 cases in Italy, 3 cases in Singapore, 1 case in Spain, 1 case in Hong Kong, China).
