Guangdong had 549 new confirmed indigenous cases yesterday and another 1,242 indigenous asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases

From 0 to 24 hours on November 23, Guangdong Province had 549 new confirmed local cases (428 in Guangzhou, 33 in Shenzhen, 6 in Zhuhai, 3 in Shantou, 16 in Foshan, 2 in Shaoguan, 2 in Huizhou, 2 in Dongguan, 5 in Zhongshan, 3 in Yangjiang, 31 in Zhanjiang, 4 in Maoming, 12 in Zhaoqing, 2 in Qingyuan); new local asymptomatic infections 7505 cases (7192 cases in Guangzhou, 33 cases in Shenzhen, 5 cases in Zhuhai, 2 cases in Shantou, 173 cases in Foshan, 6 cases in Meizhou, 4 cases in Huizhou, 23 cases in Dongguan, 25 cases in Zhongshan, 1 case in Jiangmen, 6 cases in Yangjiang, 19 cases in Zhanjiang, 2 cases in Maoming, 1 case in Zhaoqing, 7 cases in Qingyuan, 1 case in Chaozhou, 5 cases in Jieyang); and another 1242 cases of local asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases (1217 cases in Guangzhou, 4 cases in Zhuhai 4 cases, Dongguan 13 cases, Zhongshan 1 case, Zhanjiang 3 cases, Maoming 2 cases, Zhaoqing 1 case, Qingyuan 1 case). The province has 16 new confirmed cases of imported foreign cases (Guangzhou 3, Shenzhen 9, Foshan 2, Dongguan 2); 22 new cases of imported foreign asymptomatic infections (Guangzhou 6, Shenzhen 5, Foshan 7, Dongguan 3, Maoming 1); and 3 cases of imported foreign asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases (Guangzhou 2, Dongguan 1).

There were 842 new cases discharged from the province (21 cases imported from abroad), 10,811 cases are currently in the hospital (240 cases imported from abroad); 1,620 new cases of asymptomatic infections were released from medical observation (21 cases imported from abroad), and 85,936 cases of asymptomatic infections are still under medical observation (212 cases imported from abroad).

As of 24:00 on November 23, the province has reported a total of 135,024 positive cases of new coronary pneumonia (14,888 cases imported from abroad), including 28,216 confirmed cases (6,241 cases imported from abroad) and 106,808 asymptomatic cases (8,647 cases imported from abroad).
