Guangdong has 53 new confirmed indigenous cases and 21 indigenous asymptomatic infections on October 13

According to the Guangdong Health Commission, from 0 to 24 hours on October 13, there were 40 new local confirmed cases in Guangdong Province (13 in Guangzhou, 21 in Shenzhen, 4 in Foshan, 1 in Zhongshan and 1 in Qingyuan); 21 new local asymptomatic infections (3 in Guangzhou, 11 in Shenzhen, 2 in Huizhou and 5 in Dongguan); and 13 local asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases (12 in Guangzhou and 1 in Zhuhai). There were 15 new confirmed cases imported from abroad (4 cases in Guangzhou, 9 cases in Shenzhen, 1 case in Zhuhai, 1 case in Shanwei); 32 new cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad (9 cases in Guangzhou, 7 cases in Shenzhen, 7 cases in Foshan, 7 cases in Dongguan, 2 cases in Zhaoqing).
The province discharged 36 new cases (18 cases imported from abroad), currently 624 cases in the hospital (184 cases imported from abroad); 22 new cases of asymptomatic infected persons released from medical observation (15 cases imported from abroad), 370 cases of asymptomatic infected persons still under medical observation (167 cases imported from abroad).
As of 24:00 on October 13, the province has reported a total of 21475 cases of new positive pneumonia infections (13368 cases imported from abroad), including 10759 confirmed cases (5592 cases imported from abroad) and 10716 asymptomatic infections (7776 cases imported from abroad).
