December 2, 0-24 hours, the province of Heilongjiang added 111 new local confirmed cases (including 3 cases of asymptomatic infected people to confirmed cases). 87 cases in Harbin (45 cases in Nangang District, 14 cases in Xiangfang District, 12 cases in Daoli District, 7 cases in Songbei District, 3 cases in Hulan District, 3 cases in Daowai District, 2 cases in Shuangcheng District, 1 case in Bin County), of which: 44 cases found in centralized isolation, 28 cases found in home isolation under medical observation, 5 cases found in community screening, 8 cases found in non-closed-loop management of key personnel screening, 2 cases found in closed-loop management of key personnel screening. There were 2 new cases of asymptomatic infected persons imported from abroad. One case was reported in Harbin (imported from Japan) and one case was reported in Mudanjiang (imported from Korea).

There were 29 confirmed local cases (21 in Harbin, 4 in Suihua, 3 in Qiqihar and 1 in Mudanjiang) and 216 local asymptomatic cases (127 in Suihua, 34 in Daqing, 29 in Qiqihar, 15 in Heihe, 5 in Harbin, 3 in Yichun, 2 in Mudanjiang and 1 in Jixi) were discharged from medical observation on the same day. On the same day, 4 cases of asymptomatic infected persons imported from abroad were released from medical observation.

As of 24:00 on December 2, there were 1021 confirmed cases in the province, and 6117 cases of asymptomatic local infections. Existing overseas import confirmed cases 3 cases; existing overseas import asymptomatic infected 16 cases.
