Henan added 108 new local confirmed cases yesterday and 1,579 new local asymptomatic infections

From 0 to 24 hours on November 17, there were 108 new local confirmed cases in Henan Province (107 cases in Zhengzhou City, of which 45 cases were found in isolation and control, 3 cases were found in key population screening, 30 cases were found in community screening, 27 cases were found in active consultation, 2 cases were confirmed in asymptomatic infected persons; 1 case in Luohe City was found in isolation and control). There were 1579 new cases of local asymptomatic infections (1556 cases in Zhengzhou City, of which 1157 cases were found by isolation control, 66 cases by screening of key populations, 311 cases by community screening, 20 cases by active consultation, and 2 cases by cross-regional collaboration; 9 cases in Jiaozuo City, of which 8 cases were found by isolation control and 1 case by screening of key populations; 4 cases in Luohe City, all of which were found by isolation control). (3 cases in Anyang City, 2 of which were found in isolation and control and 1 in screening of key populations; 3 cases in Xinyang City, 2 of which were found in isolation and control and 1 in screening of key populations; 1 case in Luoyang City, 1 case in Hebi City and 1 case in Xuchang City, all of which were found in isolation and control; and 1 case in Xinxiang City, which was found in community screening). There were no new confirmed cases or asymptomatic infections imported from abroad. 6 local confirmed cases were cured and discharged from hospital (6 cases in Zhengzhou), and 100 local asymptomatic infections were released from medical observation (93 cases in Zhengzhou, 3 cases in Jiaozuo, 2 cases in Hebi, 1 case in Anyang, and 1 case in Luohe).

As of 24:00 on November 17, 2022, there were 1,946 hospitalized cases in Henan Province (1,946 local cases), and 20,501 asymptomatic infected persons were still under medical observation (20,480 local cases and 21 imported cases).
