From 0 to 24 hours on November 21, there were 75 new local confirmed cases in Henan Province (73 cases in Zhengzhou City, of which 43 cases were found in isolation and control, 3 cases were found in key population screening, 17 cases were found in community screening, 7 cases were found in active consultation, and 3 cases were confirmed in asymptomatic infected persons; 1 case each in Xuchang City and Jiyuan Demonstration Zone, both found in isolation and control). There were 798 new cases of local asymptomatic infections (768 cases in Zhengzhou City, of which 536 cases were found in isolation and control, 2 cases in key population screening, 227 cases in community screening, and 3 cases in active consultation; 7 cases in Jiaozuo City, 4 cases in isolation and control, 1 case in key population screening, and 2 cases in community screening; 6 cases in Xinxiang City, 2 cases in isolation and control, 3 cases in key population screening, and 1 case in community screening). Hepi City, 4 cases, 3 cases for isolation and control, 1 case for community screening; Xinyang City, 4 cases, 2 cases for isolation and control, 1 case for key population screening, 1 case for community screening; Luoyang City, 3 cases, Puyang City, 2 cases, all for key population screening; Anyang City, 3 cases, 2 cases for isolation and control, 1 case for key population screening (1 case was found in Xuchang City, which was found in isolation and control). There was one new case of overseas imported asymptomatic infected person and no new overseas imported confirmed cases. There was 1 new local death (1 in Zhengzhou City), 5 local confirmed cases were cured and discharged (5 in Zhengzhou City), 139 asymptomatic cases were released from medical observation, including 136 local cases (130 in Zhengzhou City, 3 in Anyang City, 2 in Luoyang City, 1 in Xinxiang City) and 3 imported cases.

As of 24:00 on November 21, 2022, there were 2,537 hospitalized cases in Henan Province (2,537 locally) and 23,799 asymptomatic infected persons still under medical observation (23,787 locally and 12 imported from abroad).
