The inhalation vaccine is the first of its kind in Zhengzhou City, which will be launched in the afternoon of December 9 at the Longhai Community Health Center on Huaihe Road in Erqi District.
It is understood that the full name of the inhaled new crown vaccine is “inhalation of recombinant new coronavirus vaccine (type 5 adenovirus vector)”, is the use of nebulizer to nebulize the vaccine into tiny particles, using the inhalation mode of administration, through the oral inhalation, into the upper respiratory tract, bronchi, lungs, and finally stimulate mucosal, humoral, cellular triple immunity.
It is worth noting that the inhaled New Crown vaccine is currently only available as a booster vaccination and must be administered to people aged 18 years and older. That is, people who have received the first and second doses of New Crown vaccine can choose the inhaled New Crown vaccine when they receive the third dose (booster). In addition, the interval between the booster vaccination and the full vaccination can be shortened to 3 months when this vaccine is chosen for people aged 60 years and older.
