Hubei December 8, 10 new native confirmed cases, 260 native asymptomatic infections

Hubei Health Commission informed that on December 8, 0-24 hours, the province had 10 new local confirmed cases (Wuhan City reported, all light, including 2 cases of isolation control personnel), 260 new local asymptomatic infections (219 cases in Wuhan City, including 47 cases of isolation control personnel; 8 cases in Huangshi City, including 1 case imported from other provinces, 7 cases of isolation control personnel; 5 cases in Yichang City, including 1 case of Yichang City, 5 cases, of which 1 case was imported from other provinces and 3 cases were isolated; Jingzhou City, 5 cases, of which 4 cases were imported from other provinces and 1 case was isolated; Jingmen City, 5 cases, of which 2 cases were imported from other provinces and 3 cases were isolated; Suizhou City, 5 cases, of which 1 case was imported from other provinces and 4 cases were isolated; Huanggang City, 3 cases, of which 2 cases were isolated; Xiantao City, 3 cases, Tianmen City, 2 cases, Qianjiang City, 2 cases, all 8 cases (7 cases in Wuhan, 1 case imported from abroad), 524 cases of asymptomatic infected persons discharged from medical observation on the same day (139 cases in Wuhan, 77 cases in Tianmen, 44 cases in Huangshi, 41 cases in Jingmen, 39 cases in Ezhou, 34 cases in Xiaogan, 31 cases in Jingzhou, 22 cases in Yichang, 20 cases in Xiangyang, 20 cases in Xiantao, 17 cases in Huanggang, 12 cases in Xianning, 10 cases in Suizhou and 6 cases in Shiyan. (Shiyan City, 6 cases, Shennongjia Forest Area, 5 cases, Enshi Prefecture, 4 cases; 3 cases imported from abroad).

As of 24:00 on December 8, there were 258 confirmed local cases (257 in Wuhan and 1 in Shennongjia Forestry District, both light) and 0 suspected cases treated in designated medical institutions. 7338 cases of local asymptomatic infected persons still under medical observation in centralized isolation (4878 cases in Wuhan, 386 cases in Huangshi, 370 cases in Xiangyang, 294 cases in Ezhou, 270 cases in Jingzhou, 204 cases in Huanggang, 199 cases in Yichang, 123 cases in Jingmen, 101 cases in Suizhou, 94 cases in Shiyan, 92 cases in Xianning, 85 cases in Enshi, 76 cases in Xiantao, 69 cases in Xiaogan and 65 cases in Qianjiang) (69 cases, Qianjiang City 65 cases, Shennongjia Forest Area 32 cases).

There were 37 confirmed cases of overseas imported cases treated in designated medical institutions (3 cases of common type and 34 cases of light type); 12 cases of overseas imported asymptomatic infected persons were still under centralized isolation for medical observation.

In the province, 64,010 cases were cured and discharged, 4,512 cases died, and 6,817 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia were reported. There are 90819 close contacts who are still under intensive isolation for medical observation.
