November 8, 2022, 0 – 24 hours, Hunan Province reported 8 new confirmed cases, including 0 imported cases from abroad, 8 local cases (4 cases in Zhuzhou, 1 case in Changsha, 1 case in Yongzhou, all found among control personnel; 2 cases in Huaihua, 1 of which was found among control personnel), of which 1 case of asymptomatic infected person to confirmed case (1 case in Yongzhou).
On November 8, 2022, from 0 to 24 hours, Hunan Province reported 151 new cases of asymptomatic infections, including 0 cases imported from abroad; 151 local cases (53 cases in Shaoyang City, 26 cases in Changsha City, 8 cases in Yongzhou City, all of which were found among control personnel; 51 cases in Zhuzhou City, 50 of which were found among control personnel; 12 cases in Huaihua City, 7 of which were found among control personnel; and 1 case in Changde City). One confirmed case was transferred on the same day, two cases were released from quarantine on the same day, and 2565 cases are still under medical observation (four cases were imported from abroad).
From 0:00 on January 1, 2022 to 24:00 on November 8, 2022, Hunan Province reported a total of 581 confirmed cases of novel coronavirus pneumonia (65 cases imported from abroad), 250 cases were hospitalized (2 cases imported from abroad), 331 cases were discharged (63 cases imported from abroad), 3 cases of severe illness and 0 cases of death.
