Update on the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia in Jiangxi Province

From 0-24 hours on November 16, 2022, there were no new confirmed indigenous cases in Jiangxi Province. From January 2020 to 2400 hours on November 16, 2022, the province reported a cumulative total of 1459 confirmed indigenous cases and a cumulative total of 1451 discharged cases. As of 2400 hours on November 16, 2022, there were 7 confirmed cases of indigenous hospitalization in the province.

From 0-24 hours on November 16, 2022, there were no new overseas imported confirmed cases and 2 new overseas imported asymptomatic infections in Jiangxi Province. From January 2020 to 24:00 on November 16, 2022, the province reported a total of 47 confirmed cases of overseas importation, and a total of 46 discharged cases. As of 2400 hours on November 16, 2022, the province has one confirmed case of overseas importation and two cases of overseas importation of asymptomatic infections.

From 0-24 hours on November 16, 2022, there were 19 new cases of local asymptomatic infections in Jiangxi Province, 3 cases in Nanchang City, including 2 cases in Xihu District and 1 case in Qingshan Lake District; 1 case in Jingdezhen City, in Leping City (imported from outside the province); 4 cases in Jiujiang City, including 1 case in Lushan City (imported from outside the province) and 3 cases in Gongqing City; 8 cases in Yingtan City, all in Guixi City; 1 case in Ji’an City, in Xinkan County (imported from outside the province) (imported cases); 2 cases in Fuzhou City, both in Linchuan District. Seven cases were released from isolation for medical observation (seven cases in Pingxiang City, including four cases in Jingkai District and three cases in Xiangdong District). As of 24:00 on November 16, 2022, there were 118 cases of local asymptomatic infections in the province, all of which were under isolated medical observation in designated medical institutions.
