From 0 to 24 hours on October 26, there were 0 new local confirmed cases, 53 new local asymptomatic infections in Hubei Province (25 cases in Wuhan, of which 12 were detected at isolation sites and 7 at control areas; 16 cases in Tianmen, of which 9 were detected at isolation sites and 7 at control areas; 11 cases in Yichang, of which 8 were detected at isolation sites and 3 at control areas; 1 case in Jingmen, which was Shiyan City 2 cases, Huanggang City 2 cases, Enshizhou 2 cases, Xiantao City 2 cases, Xiangyang City 1 case; 2 cases imported from abroad).
As of 24:00 on October 26, there were 6 confirmed local cases treated in designated medical institutions (5 cases in Xiangyang, 1 common type and 4 light type; 1 light type case in Wuhan) and 0 suspected cases. There are still 479 cases of local asymptomatic infections under centralized isolation for medical observation (227 cases in Wuhan, 101 cases in Xiangyang, 55 cases in Jingmen, 26 cases in Yichang, 19 cases in Tianmen, 15 cases in Jingzhou, 11 cases in Suizhou, 11 cases in Xiantao, 4 cases in Huanggang, 4 cases in Enshi, 3 cases in Shiyan, 2 cases in Xiaogan, and 1 case in Qianjiang).
There was 1 confirmed case of overseas importation in designated medical institutions, which was light; 22 cases of overseas importation of asymptomatic infected persons were still under intensive isolation for medical observation.
In Hubei Province, a total of 63,920 cases were cured and discharged from the hospital, a total of 4,512 cases died, and a total of 68,439 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia were reported. There are 33849 close contacts still under centralized isolation for medical observation.
