New crown pneumonia epidemic in Guangdong Province on October 11, 2022

From 0 to 24 hours on October 10, there were 28 new confirmed local cases in the province (7 in Guangzhou, 14 in Shenzhen, 3 in Shaoguan, 1 in Huizhou, 2 in Dongguan and 1 in Qingyuan); 25 new local asymptomatic infections (1 in Guangzhou, 19 in Shenzhen, 2 in Huizhou, 1 in Shanwei and 2 in Zhaoqing); and 10 local asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases (6 in Guangzhou, 2 in Zhuhai, 1 in Huizhou and 1 in Yunfu). (1 case in Guangzhou, 2 cases in Zhuhai, 1 case in Huizhou, 1 case in Yunfu). The province has 21 new confirmed cases of imported foreign cases (Guangzhou 8 cases, Shenzhen 12 cases, Foshan 1 case); 22 new cases of imported foreign asymptomatic infections (Guangzhou 10 cases, Shenzhen 1 case, Zhuhai 1 case, Foshan 3 cases, Shanwei 1 case, Dongguan 4 cases, Zhongshan 1 case, Zhaoqing 1 case); another 6 cases of imported foreign asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases (Guangzhou 4 cases, Zhuhai 1 case, Foshan 1 case).
There are 35 new cases discharged from the province (12 cases imported from abroad), and 566 cases are currently in the hospital (204 cases imported from abroad); 26 new cases of asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation (15 cases imported from abroad), and 352 cases of asymptomatic infected persons are still under medical observation (143 cases imported from abroad).
As of 24:00 on October 10, the province has reported a total of 21,206 positive cases of new coronary pneumonia (13,258 cases imported from abroad), including 10,581 confirmed cases (5,546 cases imported from abroad) and 10,625 asymptomatic cases (7,712 cases imported from abroad).
