New crown pneumonia outbreak in Guangdong Province on November 11, 2022

From 0 to 24 hours on November 10, there were 289 new local confirmed cases in the province (225 cases in Guangzhou, 3 cases in Shenzhen, 13 cases in Shantou, 2 cases in Huizhou, 2 cases in Dongguan, 2 cases in Zhongshan, 1 case in Yangjiang, 23 cases in Maoming and 18 cases in Qingyuan); 2,461 new local asymptomatic infections (2,358 cases in Guangzhou, 1 case in Shenzhen, 5 cases in Shantou, 11 cases in Foshan, 23 cases in Meizhou, 2 cases in Huizhou Shantou 2 cases, Dongguan 29 cases, Maoming 21 cases, Qingyuan 4 cases, Jieyang 5 cases); another 257 cases of local asymptomatic to confirmed cases (Guangzhou 241 cases, Shantou 11 cases, Shaoguan 1 case, Maoming 3 cases, Chaozhou 1 case). The province has 21 new confirmed cases of imported foreign cases (Guangzhou 6, Shenzhen 12, Zhuhai 3); 20 new cases of imported foreign asymptomatic infections (Guangzhou 4, Shenzhen 7, Zhuhai 4, Foshan 1, Dongguan 4); and 2 cases of imported foreign asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases (Guangzhou 1, Shenzhen 1).
There are 90 new cases discharged from the province (11 cases imported from abroad), 3648 cases are currently in hospital (155 cases imported from abroad); 122 new cases of asymptomatic infections were released from medical observation (21 cases imported from abroad), 14,595 cases of asymptomatic infections are still under medical observation (229 cases imported from abroad).
As of 24:00 on November 10, the province has reported a total of 42,318 cases of new positive pneumonia infections (14,376 cases imported from abroad), including 15,348 confirmed cases (5,976 cases imported from abroad) and 26,970 asymptomatic infections (8,400 cases imported from abroad).
