Nucleus Genetics fined $30,000 for a lab instrument storage violation

SkyEye Search App shows that recently, Shijiazhuang Ming Code Medical Testing Laboratory Co., Ltd. was fined 30,000 yuan by the Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone Market Supervision Administration for allegedly storing medical devices that do not meet the requirements of medical device instructions and labeling, in violation of the Regulations on Supervision and Management of Medical Devices. Shijiazhuang Ming Code Medical Testing Laboratory Limited was established in November 2018 and is wholly owned by Shenzhen Nucleonics Technology Co.
