According to the Guangdong Provincial Health and Wellness Commission on November 21, from 0-24 hours on November 20, there were 384 new local confirmed cases in the province (296 in Guangzhou, 6 in Shenzhen, 1 in Zhuhai, 4 in Shantou, 8 in Foshan, 2 in Huizhou, 1 in Zhongshan, 3 in Yangjiang, 29 in Zhanjiang, 31 in Zhaoqing and 3 in Qingyuan); new local asymptomatic infections 8101 cases (7885 in Guangzhou, 14 in Shenzhen, 4 in Zhuhai, 2 in Shantou, 112 in Foshan, 9 in Meizhou, 3 in Huizhou, 1 in Shanwei, 12 in Dongguan, 4 in Zhongshan, 2 in Jiangmen, 5 in Yangjiang, 10 in Zhanjiang, 1 in Maoming, 18 in Zhaoqing, 9 in Qingyuan, 10 in Jieyang); another 600 cases of indigenous asymptomatic infections were transferred to confirmed cases (586 in Guangzhou, 3 in Zhuhai 3 cases, Shaoguan 1 case, Dongguan 2 cases, Zhanjiang 7 cases, Qingyuan 1 case). The province has 37 new confirmed cases of overseas importation (Guangzhou 3, Shenzhen 22, Foshan 11, Jiangmen 1); 32 new cases of overseas importation of asymptomatic infections (Guangzhou 8, Shenzhen 13, Foshan 8, Jiangmen 3); and 1 case of overseas importation of asymptomatic to confirmed cases (Guangzhou 1).

1 new asymptomatic case in Maonan District, Maoming City on November 20
On November 20, 0-24 hours, there was one new case of asymptomatic infection in Maonan District, which was found during the isolation and observation of personnel in the centralized isolation site.
The infected person has been transferred to the designated hospital for isolation treatment in a closed loop. Relevant close contacts and places involved in the epidemic have been controlled.
