Pengpu Township to carry out cross-site inspection actions of restaurant units for epidemic prevention across locations
In order to further consolidate the epidemic prevention and control management results of catering units under the jurisdiction of Pengpu Town, maintain the safety of the tongue of the residents in the area and enhance the effectiveness of food safety supervision, recently, Pengpu Town Food and Drug Safety Office, together with Pengpu Market Supervision Institute, carried out cross-site inspection actions of Pengpu Town catering units for epidemic prevention and control across points.
It is reported that there are a number of points in the relatively concentrated areas and sections of Pengpu Town catering, with local caterers acting as point leaders to promote independent management and carry out regular inspection and supervision of all caterers in this point around the regular epidemic prevention requirements and food safety implementation of catering units. Cross-point, that is, the organization of each point chief to other points, to carry out cross-inspection, the purpose is to strengthen mutual learning exchange and mutual supervision.
The inspection action focused on arranging cross-point cross-inspection of the Pengpu Town Autonomous Union point chief, on the one hand, to test whether the point chief daily inspection work in line with the requirements, on the other hand, to provide mutual exchange opportunities for the point chief, in the actual inspection process to complement each other’s strengths and weaknesses and learn from each other.

According to the evaluation results, the law enforcement officers of Pengpu Market Supervision Office will evaluate the food service units at the end of the month, adopt red, yellow and green color classification and mark them on the “combat map”, thus realizing a supervision model based on autonomy, common governance and wise governance as technical support.
This action not only improved the ability of the point manager to find problems, deal with them and serve the residents, but also enhanced the “autonomy + common governance + wise governance” supervision model of food safety in Pengpu Town. In the next step, Pengpu Town will further improve the effectiveness of the “self-governance and wise governance” supervision model, improve the measures, cohesion, to achieve the improvement of the supervision efficiency, the supervision will really be put into practice, and help promote the work of social governance of food safety under the epidemic.
