From 0 to 24 hours on September 14, no new confirmed cases and asymptomatic infections were reported in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. There were 7 new local confirmed cases, including 1 case in Hulunbeier City (in Manzhouli City, detected in community screening), 2 cases in Chifeng City (including 1 case from an asymptomatic infected person to a confirmed case, including 1 case in Hongshan District, detected in non-closed-loop management personnel screening; 1 case in Wengniut Banner, detected in isolation sites), 4 cases in Alashan League (all from an asymptomatic infected person to a confirmed case, detected in isolation sites); asymptomatic 10 cases of infected persons, including 1 case in Chifeng City (in Songshan District, detected at the isolation site), 9 cases in Alashan League (1 case in Ejinnar Banner, detected in the community screening; 8 cases in Cek port, detected at the isolation site). Local confirmed cases were cured and discharged in 10 cases, including 2 cases in Xilin Gol league (all in Xilin Haote city), 8 cases in Chifeng city (all in Wengniut banner), and 8 cases of local asymptomatic infected persons released from medical observation, including 4 cases in Xilin Gol league (3 cases in Xilin Haote city, 1 case in Erlian Haote city), 3 cases in Chifeng city (all in Wengniut banner), and 1 case in Alashan league (in Cek port). One case of overseas imported confirmed cases was cured and discharged from the capital airport international flight to Hohhot Baita International Airport.

As of 24:00 on September 14, there were 309 local confirmed cases in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, including 3 cases in Hohhot (all of them are landed detectors and close contacts), 3 cases in Hulunbeier (all in Manzhouli), 269 cases in Chifeng (7 cases in Hongshan District, 110 cases in Songshan District, 151 cases in Wengniut Banner, 1 case in Aluqorqin Banner), 30 cases in Xilin Gol League (23 cases in Xilinhot) (7 cases in Xilinhot City, 7 cases in Erlianhot City), 4 cases in Alxa League (all in Cek Port), 386 cases of local asymptomatic infected persons, including 1 case in Hohhot City (close contact of persons detected on land), 305 cases in Chifeng City (9 cases in Hongshan District, 97 cases in Songshan District, 199 cases in Wengniut Banner), 43 cases in Xilin Gol League (30 cases in Xilinhot City, 13 cases in Erlianhot City), 5 cases in Bayannur City ( All in Linhe District), Alashan League 32 cases (1 case in Ejinna Banner, 31 cases in Ceke Port). There were 3 cases of confirmed cases imported from abroad and 4 cases of asymptomatic infected persons in Hohhot city.
