From 0:00 to 24:00 on November 23, 2022, the province reported 51 new local confirmed cases (including 5 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), including 40 cases in Jinan, with 26 cases detected in centralized isolation sites, 5 cases detected in community screening, 4 cases detected in home isolation for medical observation, 2 cases detected in high-risk areas, 2 cases detected in active consultation and 1 case detected in screening of key personnel; 8 cases in Qingdao (including 4 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), with 7 cases detected in centralized isolation sites and 1 case detected in screening of key personnel; 3 cases in Tai’an (including 1 case of people returning to Lu from outside the province), with 2 cases detected in centralized isolation sites and 1 case detected in screening of key personnel. In Qingdao, there were 8 cases (including 4 cases of people returning from outside the province to Lu), 7 cases were detected in centralized isolation sites and 1 case was detected by screening of key personnel; in Tai’an, there were 3 cases (including 1 case of people returning from outside the province to Lu), 2 cases were detected in centralized isolation sites and 1 case was detected by screening of key personnel. There were 747 new cases of local asymptomatic infections (including 92 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), including 243 cases in Jinan, including 133 cases detected in centralized isolation sites, 54 cases detected in community screening, 34 cases detected in home isolation for medical observation, 11 cases detected in screening of key personnel, 6 cases detected in high-risk areas and 5 cases detected in active consultation; 136 cases in Liaocheng (including 6 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), including 75 cases detected in centralized isolation sites and 75 cases detected in key personnel. In Liaocheng, 136 cases (including 6 cases of people returning from outside the province) were detected at centralized isolation points, 25 cases were detected by screening key personnel, 21 cases were detected by home isolation medical observation, 13 cases were detected by community screening and 2 cases were detected by active consultation; in Heze, 66 cases (including 30 cases of people returning from outside the province) were detected at centralized isolation points, 6 cases were detected by screening key personnel, 4 cases were detected by home isolation medical observation, 4 cases were detected by cross-regional coordination, 4 cases were detected by community screening and 2 cases were detected in high-risk areas; in Binzhou, 2 cases were detected by community screening. Yantai 12 cases (including 6 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), 9 cases detected in centralized isolation sites and 3 cases detected in screening of key personnel; Rizhao 6 cases (including 4 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), 5 cases detected in centralized isolation sites and 1 case detected in screening of key personnel; Dongying 5 cases, all detected in centralized isolation sites; Zaozhuang 4 cases (including 2 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), 4 cases detected in centralized isolation sites and 1 case detected in screening of key personnel. The 4 cases in Zaozhuang (including 2 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province) were detected in centralized isolation sites and 2 cases were detected in screening of key personnel; 2 cases in Weihai (both were people returning to Lu from outside the province) were detected in centralized isolation sites. No new confirmed cases were imported from abroad. There were 7 new cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad, including 5 cases in Rizhao, all imported from Russia; 1 case in Jinan, imported from Taiwan; and 1 case in Linyi, imported from the Philippines.

Between 0:00 and 24:00 on November 23, 2022, the province reported one case of native asymptomatic infections turning into confirmed cases, in Yantai.

From 0:00 to 24:00 on November 23, 2022, the province discharged 5 cases of local confirmed cases, including 3 cases in Qingdao, 1 case in Binzhou and 1 case in Heze. Local asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation in 117 cases, including 37 cases in Heze, 21 cases in Jining, 16 cases in Linyi, 10 cases in Binzhou, 8 cases in Qingdao, 7 cases in Liaocheng, 5 cases in Weifang, 5 cases in Dezhou, 2 cases in Jinan, 2 cases in Zibo, 1 case in Zaozhuang, 1 case in Dongying, 1 case in Tai’an, and 1 case in Rizhao. The province discharged 2 cases of confirmed cases imported from abroad, both in Qingdao. 7 cases of asymptomatic infected persons imported from abroad were released from medical observation, including 5 cases in Qingdao, 1 case in Jinan and 1 case in Weihai.

As of 24:00 on November 23, 2022, there were 221 confirmed local cases and 4,823 local asymptomatic infections in the province. The province has 4 confirmed cases of overseas importation and 51 cases of overseas importation of asymptomatic infections.
