Fourth, public medical institutions at all levels to set up special areas and windows, pure nucleic acid testing and antigen testing, shall not charge registration fees, outpatient consultation fees (general consultation fees), nucleic acid testing should provide both mixed and single test different services.

Fifth, non-public medical institutions and medical testing laboratories and other social testing institutions to provide nucleic acid testing services for the new coronavirus, should follow the “fair, legal and honest and creditable” principle of pricing, reflecting the preservation of a small profit, quality and price, advocating reference to public medical institutions nucleic acid testing prices.

Sixth, nucleic acid testing institutions only provide sample transfer and testing services, the need to reduce billing standards, mixed testing in principle, according to 70% of the testing price.

Seven, the testing organization should be prominently displayed in the service place project prices and other content, and consciously accept social supervision.

Eight, strengthen supervision and management to ensure the timely implementation of the adjusted policy. This notice will be implemented from February 1, 2023 zero hour.
