Six new cases of asymptomatic infection in Anhui on October 17

Anhui Health Commission informed that on October 17, 2022, 0-24 hours, Anhui Province reported no new confirmed cases, 6 new asymptomatic infections (1 case in Yaohai District, Hefei City, 1 case in Shushan District, 1 case in Mengcheng County, Bozhou City, 1 case in Lixin County, 1 case in Wuhu City, Wuwei City, 1 case in Nanling County, of which 2 cases in Wuhu City are people returning to Anhui outside the province, 1 case in Lixin County, Bozhou City, is found in the screening of key populations, the rest (3 cases were found in the isolation of the close contact person).
From 0 to 24:00 on October 17, 18 new cases of asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation (1 case in Feidong County and 3 cases in Shushan District of Hefei City, 1 case in Longzihu District and 2 cases in Bengbu City, 1 case in Jieshou City and 10 cases in Taihe County of Fuyang City).
As of 24:00 on October 17, there were 6 confirmed local cases in Anhui Province under hospital treatment and 226 local asymptomatic infections still under medical observation.
