According to the “China Patent Award Evaluation Method”, the State Intellectual Property Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization decided to award the “Butylphthalide or Cyclodextrin Derivative” (ZL202010193535.8) to the “China Patent Award” after the recommendation of the relevant departments of the State Council, local intellectual property offices, relevant national industry associations, academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, the evaluation by the China Patent Award Evaluation Committee and the public announcement. The State Intellectual Property Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization decided to award 30 inventions and utility model patents, including “cyclodextrin or cyclodextrin derivative inclusion compound and its preparation method and use”, and 10 design patents, including “gamma knife”, with the China Patent Gold Medal.
