There are 502 confirmed cases (no serious cases) and no suspected cases. The total number of confirmed cases is 26,152, the total number of cured and discharged cases is 25,650, and there are no fatal cases.

As of 24:00 on November 7, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 7,244 confirmed cases (including 30 severe cases), 25,543 cumulative cured and discharged cases, 5,226 cumulative fatal cases, 26,5013 cumulative reported confirmed cases, and no existing suspected cases. A total of 8416385 close contacts have been traced, and 687615 close contacts are still under medical observation.

871 cases of asymptomatic infections were released from medical observation on the same day, of which 94 cases were imported from abroad and 777 cases were local (139 cases in Xinjiang, 124 cases in Guangdong, 67 cases in Inner Mongolia, 48 cases in Shaanxi, 43 cases in Sichuan, 42 cases in Yunnan, 41 cases in Shandong, 41 cases in Qinghai, 37 cases in Hubei, 34 cases in Tianjin, 27 cases in Hebei, 27 cases in Shanxi, 19 cases in Fujian, 17 cases in Heilongjiang, 11 cases in Jiangsu (10 cases in Chongqing, 9 cases in Shanghai, 9 cases in Anhui, 9 cases in Guangxi, 8 cases in Zhejiang, 4 cases in Gansu, 3 cases in Hunan, 3 cases in Ningxia, 2 cases in Tibet, 1 case in Liaoning, 1 case in Jilin, 1 case in Henan); 154 cases were turned into confirmed cases on the same day (2 cases imported from abroad); 41031 cases of asymptomatic infected persons are still under medical observation (1170 cases imported from abroad).

The total number of confirmed cases received from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan is 8344140 cases. Among them, 439251 cases in Hong Kong SAR (92978 discharges, 10475 deaths), 795 cases in Macau SAR (787 discharges, 6 deaths), and 7904094 cases in Taiwan (13742 discharges, 13232 deaths).
