Update on the new coronavirus pneumonia outbreak in Henan Province as of 24:00 on December 6, 2022

On December 6, 0-24 hours, there were 154 new local confirmed cases in the province (149 cases in Zhengzhou, 4 cases in Luohe and 1 case in Hebi), including 2 cases from asymptomatic infected persons to confirmed cases (2 cases in Zhengzhou). There were 216 new cases of local asymptomatic infections (215 cases in Zhengzhou, 1 case in Hebi). There was 1 case of imported asymptomatic infections from abroad and no new imported confirmed cases. 482 local confirmed cases were cured and discharged (480 cases in Zhengzhou, 1 case in Anyang and 1 case in Xuchang). 1464 asymptomatic infections were released from medical observation, including 1463 local cases (1446 cases in Zhengzhou, 8 cases in Nanyang, 3 cases in Hebi, 2 cases in Anyang, 1 case in Luoyang, 1 case in Pingdingshan, 1 case in Jiaozuo and 1 case in Xuchang). Jiaozuo City, Xuchang City, 1 case each), and 1 case imported from abroad.
As of 24:00 on December 6, 2022, there were 2584 hospitalized cases in the province (2584 local cases) and 18,929 asymptomatic infections under medical observation (18,907 local cases and 22 imported cases).
