The latest situation of the new crown pneumonia epidemic in the province from 0-24 hours on December 9 is as follows.
35 new cases of imported infections from abroad (all in Chengdu), including 3 confirmed cases and 32 cases of asymptomatic infections.
255 new local infections, including 97 confirmed cases (88 in Chengdu, 4 in Luzhou, 3 in Yibin, 1 in Aba, 1 in Meishan) and 158 asymptomatic infections (66 in Chengdu, 17 in Luzhou, 15 in Nanchong, 11 in Meishan, 10 in Mianyang, 9 in Zigong, 9 in Liangshan, 6 in Deyang, 6 in Guangyuan, 4 in Bazhong, 2 in Neijiang, 1 in Yibin, 1 in Aba, 1 in Panzhihua 1 case).
There were also 3 cases of previously asymptomatic infected persons who became confirmed cases (2 cases in Chengdu and 1 case in Yibin), all of them were locally infected.
There were 354 new cured cases, no new suspected cases and no new fatal cases.
