In order to meet the needs of outbound personnel, from January 5, 2023, Qingdao West Coast New Area Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine has set up an outbound personnel nucleic acid sampling site to carry out single-tube sampling service for the public and issue the Chinese and English version of the new crown nucleic acid test report form, the specific operation process is as follows.

Registration and payment
Hospital kiosk – registration – select “international clinic number”.
Online registration and payment
Follow the hospital’s WeChat public number or download the Wise Medical App, select “International Outpatient Number” and make an appointment.

After completing the registration and payment, go to the nucleic acid collection office with your consultation card or electronic health code. (The collection point is located in front of the outpatient building, and the collection time is 8:00-12:00 and 13:30-17:00)

Nucleic acid testing time is 6-8 hours, after the results are issued, people who need the report in English and Chinese can complete the report printing at the kiosk in the hospital or check the original report electronically on WeChat public number.

If you need to bring your passport number plain English report, please bring your ID card and passport to the PCR lab to collect it (8:00-12:00, 13:30-17:00).

If you need an invoice, you can download the electronic invoice from the WeChat app “e-ticket folder”.
