Between 00:00 and 24:00 on October 24, there were 9 new confirmed cases in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, including 6 cases in Urumqi and 3 cases in Ili Prefecture.
There were 124 new cases of asymptomatic infection, including 71 cases in Urumqi, 27 cases in Yili Prefecture, 8 cases in Tacheng Region, 10 cases in Turpan City and 8 cases in Bazhou.
There were 27 new cases of confirmed cases discharged from hospital and 292 new cases of asymptomatic infected persons released from isolation for medical observation.
