From 0:00 to 24:00 on December 9, 2022, the province reported 59 new local confirmed cases, of which

52 cases in Jinan, with 25 cases detected by screening of key personnel, 22 cases detected by active consultation, 3 cases detected in centralized isolation sites, 1 case detected in high-risk areas and 1 case detected in home isolation for medical observation

4 cases in Zibo, with 2 cases detected in centralized isolation sites and 2 cases detected by active medical consultation.

1 case in Dongying, which was detected in home isolation under medical observation

1 case in Weihai, detected in a centralized isolation site

1 case in Liaocheng was detected in a centralized isolation site.

There were 396 new cases of local asymptomatic infected persons (including 49 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), of which

186 cases in Jinan, including 83 cases detected in centralized isolation sites, 45 cases detected in home isolation medical observation, 43 cases detected in high-risk areas, 9 cases detected in screening of key personnel and 6 cases detected in active consultation.

Qingdao 31 cases (including 5 cases of people returning from outside the province), 15 cases detected by home isolation medical observation, 13 cases detected at centralized isolation sites, 2 cases detected by community screening and 1 case detected by key personnel screening.

Weihai 17 cases (including 6 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), 7 cases detected in centralized isolation sites, 6 cases detected in home isolation medical observation, 3 cases detected in community screening and 1 case detected in active consultation.

Tai’an 16 cases, 12 cases detected in centralized isolation sites and 4 cases detected in home isolation medical observation.

Linyi 16 cases (including 4 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), 7 cases detected by screening of key personnel, 5 cases detected at centralized isolation sites, 3 cases detected by home isolation medical observation and 1 case detected by cross-regional coordination.

Heze 16 cases (including 7 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), 11 cases detected by home isolation medical observation, 4 cases detected by screening of key personnel and 1 case detected at the centralized isolation site.

Zaozhuang 15 cases (including 1 case of people returning to Lu from outside the province), with 9 cases detected at centralized isolation sites, 4 cases detected by screening of key personnel, 1 case detected by active consultation and 1 case detected by community screening.

Yantai 15 cases (including 8 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), 7 cases detected by home isolation medical observation, 5 cases detected at centralized isolation sites, 2 cases detected by cross-regional coordination and 1 case detected by screening of key personnel.

Jining 15 cases, 5 cases detected in centralized isolation sites, 5 cases detected by active medical consultation, 3 cases detected by home isolation medical observation and 2 cases detected by screening of key personnel.

Rizhao 15 cases (including 9 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), with 8 cases detected at centralized isolation sites, 4 cases detected under home isolation medical observation and 3 cases detected by screening of key personnel.

Binzhou 15 cases (including 1 case of people returning to Lu from outside the province), 7 cases detected in centralized isolation sites, 4 cases detected in screening of key personnel, 2 cases detected in high-risk areas and 2 cases detected in home isolation under medical observation.

Weifang 14 cases (including 5 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), 6 cases detected in centralized isolation points, 6 cases detected in home isolation medical observation and 2 cases detected in key personnel screening.

Zibo 8 cases, 3 cases detected in centralized isolation sites, 3 cases detected by screening of key personnel, 1 case detected by cross-regional coordination and 1 case detected by community screening.

7 cases in Liaocheng, with 5 cases detected in centralized isolation sites and 2 cases detected in high-risk areas.

Dongying 5 cases (including 1 case of people returning to Lu from outside the province), 2 cases detected by community screening, 1 case detected by home isolation under medical observation, 1 case detected by screening of key personnel and 1 case detected by active medical consultation.

There are 5 cases in Texas (including 2 cases of people returning to Lu from outside the province), with 4 cases detected by home isolation medical observation and 1 case detected by screening of key personnel.

There were 2 new confirmed cases imported from abroad, both in Qingdao, which were imported from Vietnam. There were 14 new cases of asymptomatic infected persons imported from abroad, including 9 cases in Yantai, 3 cases in Qingdao and 2 cases in Weihai, all of which were imported from Korea.

From 0:00 to 24:00 on December 9, 2022, the province reported 4 cases of local asymptomatic infections turning into confirmed cases, all in Jinan.

From 0:00 to 24:00 on December 9, 2022, 91 local confirmed cases were discharged from the province, including 27 cases in Jinan, 17 cases in Tai’an, 15 cases in Qingdao, 13 cases in Liaocheng, 6 cases in Weihai, 6 cases in Linyi, 3 cases in Zibo, 2 cases in Binzhou, 1 case in Zaozhuang, and 1 case in Jining. There were 838 cases of asymptomatic local infected persons released from medical observation, including 206 cases in Liaocheng, 97 cases in Tai’an, 81 cases in Weihai, 70 cases in Jinan, 64 cases in Heze, 54 cases in Qingdao, 53 cases in Jining, 47 cases in Zibo, 39 cases in Yantai, 34 cases in Linyi, 29 cases in Binzhou, 27 cases in Weifang, 15 cases in Zaozhuang, 15 cases in Rizhao, 4 cases in Dezhou and 3 cases in Dongying. The province discharged 2 cases of overseas imported confirmed cases, including 1 case in Qingdao and 1 case in Weihai. There were 11 cases of overseas imported asymptomatic infected persons released from medical observation, including 5 cases in Qingdao, 4 cases in Weihai, 1 case in Yantai and 1 case in Liaocheng.

As of 24:00 on December 9, 2022, there were 534 confirmed local cases and 7,330 local asymptomatic infections in the province. The province has 7 confirmed cases of imported foreign cases and 58 cases of imported foreign asymptomatic infections.
