44 new confirmed indigenous cases in Shaanxi on Dec. 5 999 new indigenous asymptomatic infections

From 0 to 24 hours on December 5, the province reported 1,043 cases of new indigenous coronavirus infections, including 44 new indigenous confirmed cases (14 in Hanzhong, 9 in Weinan, 9 in Xi’an, 7 in Yulin, 2 in Ankang, 2 in Tongchuan and 1 in Hancheng), including 41 light cases and 3 common cases; 999 new indigenous asymptomatic infections (392 in Xi’an, 153 in Yulin, 108 in Weinan (Xi’an 392 cases, Yulin 153 cases, Weinan 108 cases, Xianyang 98 cases, Ankang 60 cases, Baoji 58 cases, Shangluo 57 cases, Yan’an 43 cases, Hanzhong 21 cases, Yangling 6 cases, Hancheng 2 cases, Tongchuan 1 case). 25 cases were discharged from hospital and 287 cases were released from medical observation in isolation.

As of 24:00 on December 5, there were 696 cases of confirmed local cases in isolation and 11,745 cases of asymptomatic infected persons under medical observation in isolation.

Xi’an: 401 cases of infected persons were reported (9 confirmed cases, 392 asymptomatic infected persons), of which 100 cases were found in centralized isolation, 90 cases were found in closed-loop management screening for import from outside the province, 69 cases were found in home isolation, 56 cases were found in active medical treatment or active medical examination, 46 cases were found in community screening, 26 cases were found in closed-loop management screening for key populations, and 14 cases were found in non-closed-loop key populations Screening found.

Yulin: 160 cases (7 confirmed cases, 153 asymptomatic cases) were reported, of which 100 cases were found in centralized isolation, 54 cases in home isolation, 2 cases in community screening, 2 cases in closed-loop management key population screening, 1 case in high-risk area screening, and 1 case in closed-loop management screening imported from outside the province.

Weinan: 117 cases (9 confirmed cases, 108 asymptomatic cases) were reported, of which 69 cases were found in centralized isolation, 32 cases were found in home isolation, 5 cases were found in community screening, 4 cases were found in closed-loop management key population screening, 2 cases were found in high-risk area screening, 2 cases were confirmed asymptomatic infections, 1 case was found in non-closed-loop key population screening, 1 case was found in closed-loop screening. 1 case was found by closed-loop screening and 1 case was found by closed-loop management screening outside the province.

Xianyang: 98 cases of infection were reported (all asymptomatic), of which 35 cases were found by closed-loop management screening for out-of-province import, 30 cases were found by home isolation, 26 cases were found by centralized isolation, 4 cases were found by active medical treatment or active medical examination, 2 cases were found by non-closed-loop key population screening, and 1 case was found by closed-loop management key population screening.

Ankang: 62 cases of infections were reported (2 confirmed cases, 60 asymptomatic infections), of which 28 cases were found by closed-loop management screening for import from outside the province, 17 cases were found by centralized isolation, and 17 cases were found by home isolation.

Baoji: 58 cases of infection were reported (all asymptomatic), of which 25 cases were found in centralized isolation, 12 cases were found in home isolation, 8 cases were found in closed-loop management screening for import from outside the province, 6 cases were found in community screening, 4 cases were found in closed-loop management screening for key populations, and 3 cases were found in non-closed-loop screening for key populations.

Shangluo: 57 cases of infections were reported (all asymptomatic infections), of which 30 cases were found by closed-loop management screening outside the province, 13 cases were found by centralized isolation, 6 cases were found by closed-loop management screening of key populations, 4 cases were found by regional coordination, 2 cases were found by home isolation, and 2 cases were found by non-closed-loop screening of key populations.

Yan’an: 43 cases of infection were reported (all asymptomatic), of which 17 cases were found in centralized isolation, 11 cases were found in home isolation, 7 cases were found in non-closed-loop key population screening, 7 cases were found in closed-loop management screening imported from outside the province, and 1 case was found in closed-loop management key population screening.

Hanzhong: 35 cases of infections were reported (14 confirmed cases, 21 asymptomatic infections), of which 11 cases were found in centralized isolation, 11 cases were found in closed-loop screening, 7 cases were found in closed-loop management screening for import from outside the province, 5 cases were found in high-risk area screening, and 1 case was found in home isolation.

Yangling: 6 cases of infection were reported (all asymptomatic), of which 2 cases were found in home isolation, 2 cases were found in closed-loop management screening for import from outside the province, 1 case was found in non-closed-loop key population screening, and 1 case was found in landing inspection.

Tongchuan: 3 cases of infection were reported (2 confirmed cases and 1 asymptomatic case), of which 2 cases were found in centralized isolation and 1 case was found in closed-loop management key population screening.

Hancheng: 3 cases were reported (1 confirmed case, 2 asymptomatic cases), all of which were found by closed-loop management screening outside the province.

The above infected persons are under isolation treatment or isolated medical observation in designated medical institutions. Details of the cases, activity trajectories and epidemic prevention and control work are released by the relevant epidemic-related cities (districts).

From 0-24 hours on December 5, one new confirmed case was reported to be imported from abroad. Three cases were discharged from hospital and one case was released from isolation for medical observation.

As of 24:00 on December 5, there were 4 cases of confirmed imported cases in the hospital and 12 cases of asymptomatic infected persons under medical observation in isolation.

Confirmed cases imported from abroad: they were managed in a closed loop after entry, with no track of their own activities in Shaanxi Province, positive nucleic acid test results, diagnosed by the municipal expert group as confirmed cases of New Guan Pneumonia, and are currently under isolation treatment in designated medical institutions.
