50,000 tablets of ibuprofen for free! This pharmacy in Shizuishan, Ningxia is too warm-hearted

On the afternoon of Dec. 20, Wu Jing was distributing ibuprofen tablets with three employees in the store. “Since ibuprofen tablets come in packs of 100 tablets each, and it is a special time when there are many people in need, we decided to split the pills and give them to those in need. We are now divided into packs of 10 tablets each, enough for a person’s 3-day supply of medicine.” Wu Jing said.

In fact, Wu Jing has been giving free medicine to residents for three days. Since the afternoon of December 17, Wu Jing has arranged for three employees to dispense the pills and one employee to fill in the medication instructions every day, and then the dispensed pills will be delivered one by one to selected stores in place. “We put 400 copies of ibuprofen tablets every day, and 8 stores distribute them simultaneously, 50 copies per store, until the 50,000 ibuprofen tablets in the company’s stock are distributed.” Wu Jing said.

Wu Jing is a native Huinong man whose family has been running a pharmacy for more than 40 years, and he has given free masks and other epidemic prevention materials to residents in Huinong District as early as the beginning of the epidemic. The eight stores he selected for free distribution of ibuprofen tablets basically radiate the entire Huinong District.

Due to the increasing number of residents in need of medicine, Wu Jing’s stores were filled with residents who came to receive medicine at less than 8 a.m. Every day, 50 copies of medicine were given away in less than half an hour after the start of the gift.
