On October 10, the Huicheng District Epidemic Prevention and Control Leading Group Office issued a circular, deciding that from now on, residents of low-risk areas under its jurisdiction should implement “personal protection and avoid gathering” and leave their cities with a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate.

According to the needs of the current epidemic prevention and control work, in accordance with the State Council to respond to the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic joint prevention and control mechanism integrated group “new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention and control program (ninth edition)” relevant provisions, after the expert group research and evaluation, since October 10, 2022 to implement the following measures:

A. Residents of low-risk areas in Huicheng District to implement “personal protection, avoid gathering” and leave the city with a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate.

Second, low-risk areas of public places units (business entities), community property departments to implement the main responsibility for prevention and control of the epidemic, set up a prominent, clear health code and wear a mask at the entrance tips, strictly enforce the temperature must be measured, mask must wear, trip card and nucleic acid test certificate or record must be checked, the temperature is abnormal or not wearing a mask, health code red and yellow code personnel prohibited from entering, and the first time to register and report to the local community .

Third, if you do not fulfill the main responsibility for epidemic prevention and control, personal responsibility, refusing to cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work, causing significant potential for the spread of the epidemic, once traced and confirmed, will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

The above measures will take effect immediately from October 10, 2022, and will be subsequently adjusted according to changes in the epidemic prevention and control situation, and the resumption of normalized prevention and control measures will be notified. Residents in the medium and high risk areas should contact the town and street prevention and control offices to resolve the situation according to the actual situation if they encounter difficulties in living and seeking medical treatment.
