The opinions emphasize that all places should implement the overall plan to implement the “B class B management” of the new coronavirus infection, focus on “health protection, prevention of serious illness”, take strong and effective measures to quickly organize and mobilize rural grassroots party organizations, villagers’ self-governing organizations, and Collective economic organizations, groups and other economic organizations, social organizations, play a pioneering role of the majority of rural party members, the implementation of initiatives to prevent and control the epidemic, and actively respond to the possible risks in rural areas after the policy adjustment, to ensure that rural areas smoothly over the peak, to protect the lives and health of the majority of farmers, and resolutely win the battle to prevent and control the epidemic in rural areas.
