Mao Ning responded that since the Chinese side adjusted the new coronavirus infection to “B category B control”, a few countries have taken unscientific entry restrictions on travelers from China, and China has communicated fully with the countries concerned with utmost sincerity and in a pragmatic manner. The scientific and reasonable nature of China’s optimized adjustment of epidemic prevention measures and the current domestic epidemic situation in China were introduced in detail.
However, it is regrettable that individual countries still insist on taking discriminatory entry restrictions against China, to which China firmly opposes and has reasons to take necessary reciprocal measures.
We have always been firmly opposed to politicizing the prevention and control of the epidemic and believe that the discriminatory restrictions against China should be lifted, and we are willing to work with other countries to create more convenience for the normal movement of Chinese and foreign personnel.
