Notice on the publication of the basic list of drugs for the home treatment of people infected with the new coronavirus in Gansu Province

Each city and state, Lanzhou New Area, Gansu Mining District Health and Health Commission, the Commission’s medical institutions under the management of the Commission.

In order to guide consumers to rational use of drugs, rational purchase of drugs, according to the State Council to respond to the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic joint prevention and control mechanism comprehensive group “on the issuance of the new coronavirus infection home treatment guidelines”, combined with the actual situation in our province, Gansu Provincial Health and Health Commission organized relevant experts, developed a new coronavirus infection home treatment basic drug list, is now published, please refer to the implementation.

First, the list is mainly applicable to asymptomatic or mildly symptomatic infected persons without serious underlying diseases; infected persons whose underlying diseases are in a stable stage, without serious heart, liver, lung, kidney, brain and other important organ insufficiency and other conditions requiring hospitalization.

Second, asymptomatic people do not need medication. When home treatment personnel take medication, they must take it according to the drug instructions and avoid blind use of antibacterial drugs. If you have an underlying disease, there is no need to change the dose of the underlying disease treatment medication you are using when your condition is stable.

Third, if dyspnea or shortness of breath occurs during the medication period; if the body temperature remains persistently higher than 38.5℃ for more than 3 days after medication; if the original underlying disease is significantly aggravated and cannot be controlled; if drowsiness, persistent refusal to eat, feeding difficulties, persistent diarrhea or vomiting occur in children; if headache, dizziness, panic, breath-holding, etc. occur in pregnant women, or if abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding or fluid flow, abnormal fetal movement, etc. occur transferred to the relevant hospital for treatment by self-drive, 120 ambulance, etc.

Please choose the medication rationally with the symptoms for home treatment. The medicine should be taken in accordance with the instructions of the medicine or consult a doctor.

V.
