Guangdong added local “3+1” examples in Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Jiangmen

From 0 to 24 hours on September 16, there were 3 new local confirmed cases in the province (2 cases in Shenzhen and 1 case in Jiangmen); 1 new local asymptomatic case (1 case in Guangzhou). The province has 11 new confirmed cases of imported foreign cases (Guangzhou 6 cases, Shenzhen 3 cases, Zhuhai 1 case, Foshan 1 case); 12 new cases of imported foreign asymptomatic infections (Guangzhou 3 cases, Shenzhen 2 cases, Zhuhai 1 case, Foshan 4 cases, Dongguan 1 case, Zhaoqing 1 case); another 4 cases of imported foreign asymptomatic infections to confirmed cases (Guangzhou 2 cases, Huizhou 2 cases).
There are 54 new cases discharged from the province (15 cases imported from abroad) and 500 cases currently in the hospital (165 cases imported from abroad); 38 new cases of asymptomatic infected persons released from medical observation (13 cases imported from abroad) and 336 cases of asymptomatic infected persons still under medical observation (174 cases imported from abroad).
As of 24:00 on September 16, the province reported a total of 19,761 positive cases of new pneumonia (12,467 cases imported from abroad), including 9,762 confirmed cases (5,151 cases imported from abroad) and 9,999 asymptomatic cases (7,316 cases imported from abroad).
