Guangzhou Zengcheng: New temporary control area and continuation of enhanced epidemic prevention and control measures

According to the epidemic prevention and control needs, by the Zengcheng District New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Command decided, from November 28 at 6:00 to November 30 at 24:00, the new temporary control area and the continuation of enhanced epidemic prevention and control measures are as follows.

I. New temporary control areas

(A) Yongning Street: Cinnamon Park Yunding District, Dongling Plaza.

(B) in the new town: in the aviation city garden a, Evergrande landscape county district, Qiaojian three workers dormitory, Hengchuang Industrial Park Guangzhou and new industrial companies and the surrounding.

(C) Xintang Town: Nan’an Village, Xindun Village, Xiapu Village, Nixi Village, Jiuyu Village part of the area, part of the Midtown Wisdom Park, Emerald Green State Lake Cuiyuan.

(D) Shitan Town: Zhengtian Village.

(E) Zengjiang Street: Xishan Village, Lu Village Village, Kang Jian Industrial Park, Fairview Star District, Fu Cheng Hua Ting District.

(F) Licheng Street: Liao Village, Liao Diantang Village.

(G) Ningxi Street: Poly I cubic Garden.

Second, the continuation of the Yongning Street, Zengjiang Street part of the area to strengthen the epidemic prevention and control measures

According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, the enhanced epidemic prevention and control areas and measures specified in the “Notice on strengthening epidemic prevention and control measures on the social surface of Yongning Street” (No. 96) and “Notice on strengthening epidemic prevention and control measures in some areas of Zengjiang Street” (No. 100) will continue until 24:00 on November 30.

Third, the temporary control area prevention and control measures

The above new temporary control areas and Yongning Street, Zengjiang Street existing enhanced epidemic prevention and control measures area (in addition to the high-risk areas), the implementation of the “foot out of the area, staggered take, stop commercial” and other preventive and control measures, as follows.

(a) Strictly limit the movement of people. In addition to nucleic acid testing and emergency medical treatment, the masses, in principle, do not have to go out, do not string, do not pile up, do not gather. Community neighborhoods, villages, industrial parks to implement semi-closed management, set up checkpoints to strictly implement measures such as temperature measurement, sweep place code and check the 24-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate.

(B) the implementation of temporary traffic control. Public transport services are suspended for the whole period. In addition to the protection of basic urban operations and epidemic prevention and control-related vehicles in the implementation of appropriate management measures to be passed, other vehicles (including electric vehicles, bicycles) in principle do not flow.

(iii) Work from home. In addition to medical workers, security personnel, community workers, city operation staff, volunteers, cadres and employees of institutions and institutions who undertake epidemic prevention tasks, other personnel in principle work at home or turn into community volunteers in their localities, report to their communities and fully participate in community epidemic prevention work and community services.

(D) to protect the city’s operation. In addition to the normal operation of water, electricity, fuel, gas, communications, sanitation, food, oil, meat and vegetable supply, logistics and freight, supermarkets (including meat and vegetable markets), pharmacies, medical institutions, catering enterprises (only express delivery services) and other industries and places to protect the lives of citizens and the basic operation of the city, the rest of the production and business premises are temporarily shut down. Communities, villages (neighborhood) committee to strengthen the “place code” and other code verification work, to enter the above places must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours.

(E) to carry out “should be tested” nucleic acid testing. Citizens in the district in accordance with the requirements of “should be tested, do not miss a person” to participate in all rounds of nucleic acid testing, according to their communities, villages and residences to participate in nucleic acid testing time, strictly do a good job of personal protection, standardized wearing masks, maintain a distance of more than 1 meter, immediately return to the residence after testing.

(f) Timely community reporting. People who return from key areas involved in the epidemic should report to the community in a timely manner and implement epidemic prevention and control measures as required.

(vii) Establish a service hotline. Each town and street will establish a special service protection team and set up a warm service hotline and a medical consultation hotline to respond to citizens’ requests in a timely manner.

The scope of the risk area and control requirements will be adjusted according to the changes in the epidemic prevention and control situation, and the public is invited to cooperate with the relevant control measures. Units and individuals who do not fulfill their main responsibilities and refuse to implement the epidemic prevention requirements causing the spread of the epidemic will be held legally responsible.
