Guiyang: Anti-epidemic volunteer Su Qibin “My community, I’ll guard it!”
Since the outbreak of the epidemic, a number of volunteers have emerged in Guiyang, who have been on the front line of the fight against the epidemic, sacrificing their small families for others, and quietly building a solid barrier for the city to prevent and control the epidemic.
After the outbreak, on September 5, Su Qibin, vice minister of the missionary and education department of Guizhou Federation of Industry and Commerce, volunteered to be a volunteer in the community. He took up the work of notification, registration and order maintenance of nucleic acid screening for residents in a small community, helping residents to register for door-to-door information on antigen testing and the distribution of reagents, testing and reporting of results.
“I feel tired but fulfilled, bitter but happy.” Su Qibin said that the volunteer work he did was understood and supported by the majority of residents, and did his part to prevent and control the epidemic in the community.
Su Qibin told me that his biggest feeling is that he must “understand each other, work together, have the same goal, and fight the epidemic together”, because in this sudden epidemic, everyone seems to be the object of management, but in fact, they are also the object of service.

No one can be alone in the “epidemic”, many medical staff, security personnel, volunteers, continuous battle, the front line, Su Qibin said: “This is more than residents to do nucleic acid, do an antigen, home isolation more hard work, more courage.”
Su Qibin said, when faced with the prevention and control requirements we feel unhappy, as far as possible to stand in the perspective of maintaining the overall situation to understand and support, but also to wake up to the current “quiet” is for the earlier “move”.
