In the grasp of the epidemic prevention and control at the same time, Haikou conscientiously implement the provincial party committee, the provincial government on the “one hand to fight the umbrella, the other hand to work” work requirements, active forward service, intensive visits to key parks, enterprises, projects, coordination to solve the closed-loop management, stop production, epidemic prevention and control, logistics and transport and other aspects of difficult demands. Chen Jingjin introduced, Haikou has taken a number of measures to promote the orderly resumption of production: First, to ensure the smooth flow of logistics. During the epidemic, effective protection across the Qiongzhou Strait and cross-city and county material transport smoothly, important production and living, protection materials in sufficient reserve, enterprise production, project construction of raw materials supply chain stability. Second, to promote production speed up. The 115 provincial and municipal key projects in Haikou, 127 projects under construction in Jiangdong New Area, and 10 projects under construction in the comprehensive security zone were all suspended; 2 of the 9 closed operation projects have started construction. Third, strong project investment. 30 key projects will be launched on September 8, with a total planned investment of 17.39 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 3.05 billion yuan.
