The notice requires that each city and state to further strengthen the coordination of medical resources and regional coordination, effectively improve risk awareness, strengthen the coordination of medical resources and regional coordination within the jurisdiction, the establishment of medical forces standing reserve and dynamic deployment of organic combination of working mechanisms, coordination of epidemic prevention and control and emergency medical treatment, to further enhance the efficiency of medical resources. If medical resources are tight, there is a large gap in medical forces, or the medical service system is affected, the cities and states should report to the higher-level health care administrative departments in a timely manner, and mobilize medical forces for reinforcement through the provincial coordination.
