In accordance with the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control, the Shanghai Leading Group Office of Epidemic Prevention and Control has decided that the free nucleic acid testing policy will no longer be extended from January 8, 2023. People who need nucleic acid testing can go to nucleic acid sampling sites at their own expense, and the cost of testing will be in accordance with the regulations on the cost of nucleic acid testing for the new coronavirus. The staff of elderly institutions, nursing homes, social welfare institutions and other institutions are still required to conduct nucleic acid testing. All districts set up sampling sites scientifically and reasonably, and continue to provide nucleic acid testing services for the public in need.
