Jiangling County New Coronary Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Command issued a notice on September 27th. On September 26th, Jiangling County found 3 cases of New Coronary Pneumonia nucleic acid test positive people in the urban area during the regular nucleic acid test. In order to further reduce the flow of people, reduce the risk of cross-infection, by the expert group study, Jiangling County Epidemic Prevention and Control Command decided to implement temporary control measures for Jiangling County urban area (east to Chujiang Avenue, south to South Ring Road, west to Jingjiang River Dike, north to Fumin Road) from 08:00 on September 27. Now the relevant matters are notified as follows.

First, non-essential not to go out, reduce the flow of people. Temporary control period is not necessary to enter the Jiangling County urban area. All personnel adhere to wear masks, hand washing, frequent ventilation, do not gather.

Second, strictly control the gathering of people. Stop all kinds of gathering activities, do not hold large meetings, all kinds of offline training, suspend cultural performances, square dance and other group activities, the implementation of the “happy event to slow, simple funeral events, banquets not to do”. Schools, kindergartens, educational institutions to suspend offline teaching; religious activities, tourist attractions and other suspended open.

Third, hospitals, pharmacies, supermarkets to continue to operate. Public entertainment venues (KTV, bars, script killing, escape rooms, cinemas, theaters, chess and tile rooms, mahjong parlors, Internet cafes, etc.), individual clinics and farmers’ markets are suspended. Special places such as welfare homes, elderly institutions, mental health institutions, prisons and other closed management. The catering units suspend dine-in, and can provide take-out orders and implement “contactless” delivery services under the premise of meeting the requirements of epidemic prevention and control.

IV. Implementation of temporary traffic control. In addition to the epidemic prevention and control, medical rescue, emergency medical care, fire rescue, police, livelihood protection, emergency supplies transport and other vehicles, all other vehicles are prohibited from passing on the road.
