November 4, Leshan City Central District to deal with the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic emergency command issued a notice, in order to effectively curb the spread of the epidemic, to effectively protect the health of the people, to further strengthen the social side of the epidemic prevention and control measures.

First, reduce the movement of people, in principle, people do not leave the central district (including high-tech zone), there are special circumstances need to leave the nucleic acid test negative certificate within 24 hours, and take the initiative to the destination village (community) to report, with the implementation of preventive and control measures.

Second, bars, dance halls, bathing places, teahouses, chess and poker rooms (mahjong parlors), Internet cafes, electronic amusement halls, escape rooms, scripted killings, cinemas and other cultural and entertainment venues to suspend operations.

Third, strictly control the aggregation of sexual activities. Strictly prohibit the holding of celebrations, performances, exhibitions, exhibitions and other types of aggregated activities; strict control of more than 50 people gathering, suspend the rural dam banquet; suspend the square dance.

Fourth, the suspension of all levels of schools, kindergartens offline teaching, boarding schools, colleges and universities to implement closed management, child care institutions to suspend operations, off-campus training institutions to suspend offline operations.

Fifth, the elderly institutions, children’s welfare institutions, prisons and other key institutions to implement closed management, outsiders are strictly prohibited from entering.

This notice shall come into effect at 6:00 p.m. on November 4, 2022 and shall be implemented for three days on a provisional basis. Subsequent measures will be dynamically adjusted according to the progress of the epidemic and the need for prevention and control.

Previously, on November 3, the CDC of Zhonghua District, Leshan City, issued an urgent health alert on the same day that one case of abnormal nucleic acid test results were found in the district during routine nucleic acid testing.

In order to minimize the risk of transmission of the outbreak, three rounds of regional free nucleic acid testing for all staff will be organized from November 4-6, 2022, according to the arrangements of the emergency command of Shizhong District in response to the new coronavirus pneumonia outbreak.

The scope of testing includes all people (including the local resident population, temporary population, mobile population, etc.) within the jurisdiction of Tongjiang Street, Haitang Street, Lvxin Street, Angu Town and Mindzhu Town, Quanfu Street (Emerald Community, Gou’erkou Community), Dafo Street (Jiazhou Long Roll Tianxi District) and Suji Town (Xinqiao Street Community, Suji Street Community) in Leshan Shizhong District.

The command reminds that please consciously participate in nucleic acid testing to avoid the health code being assigned a yellow code due to failure to complete the three-day triple test.
