The fourth is mistakenly assigned red (yellow) code personnel by the community (street) or work unit to issue a certificate (seal) and provide proof of two negative nucleic acid tests in the last three days, the CDC by the flag county district to verify the centralized transfer of code.

(d) The following categories of people will not be transferred to the code for the time being.

First, uncured confirmed cases, asymptomatic infected persons who have not been released from medical observation, and suspected cases that have not been ruled out.

The second is not released from isolation medical observation of close (sub-close) contacts, and not released from home isolation medical observation.
