In adjusting the prevention and control measures for people entering and returning to Ningxia, cancel the requirement of downloading “My Ningxia APP” to apply for health code, unit and community (village group) double report when people arrive in Ningxia. In the optimization of the social side of the management measures, the abolition of special places other than nursing homes, welfare homes, medical institutions, child care institutions, primary and secondary schools, other public places, institutions to check the negative nucleic acid test certificate, health code measures. Resume dine-in services for catering units, and resume business in confined public places and out-of-school training institutions. Schools without epidemic carry out normal offline teaching activities. Develop epidemic prevention and control management measures for large-scale meetings, events, exhibitions and other crowd-gathering activities within the jurisdiction by local municipalities, and guide the orderly organization of meetings and activities. Based on the principle of “one strategy for one unit in one place”, the local municipalities will develop preventive and control measures and management methods for nucleic acid testing, personnel access, health monitoring and other specific places such as important institutions, large enterprises and prisons under their jurisdiction to ensure the normal operation of specific places.

In terms of strengthening medical treatment and vaccination, fever clinics (clinics) should be set up and opened as much as possible in medical institutions above the second level and primary medical and health institutions throughout the region, and they should be available 24 hours a day, without refusal or unauthorized suspension. Residents with medical needs can go to the nearest medical institution according to their needs and willingness to seek medical treatment, either on their own or through referrals from primary health institutions. All vaccination sites in the region should be opened as much as possible, and in accordance with the principle of “receiving as many vaccinations as possible”, focus on increasing the vaccination rate of people aged 60-79 and speeding up the vaccination rate of people aged 80 and above, optimizing vaccination services and protecting key populations.
