November 8, Meizhou City, the new crown pneumonia outbreak of 5 new infected cases

On November 8, there were 5 new positive cases of NCCP in Meizhou (all asymptomatic), including 3 new cases in the “1023” outbreak in Fengshun County (2 cases found in high-risk areas and 1 case found in centralized isolation) and 2 new cases in the “1108” outbreak in Meixian District. 2 new cases (both found by screening of non-closed-loop management key personnel).

The new cases of the “1023” epidemic in Fengshun County are as follows.

Case 434: male, 50 years old, residing in Tangkeng Town, Fengshun County, fish hatchery newborn road, high-risk area screening found.

Case 435: female, 48 years old, residing in Tangkeng Town, Fengshun County, Fish Mowing Field, New Life Road, high-risk area screening.

Case 436: female, 1 year old, residing in Tangkeng Town, Fengshun County, under the new house of Dengya Village, centralized isolation found.

The new cases of the “1108” epidemic in Meixian District are as follows.

Case 1: male, 51 years old, living in Meixian District, Shejiang Town, Pot Factory Street, in the non-closed loop management of key personnel screening found.

Case 2: Male, 32 years old, residing in Songlin Village, Shejiang Town, Meixian District, found in the non-closed-loop management of key personnel screening.

Currently the cases have been transferred to the designated hospital for treatment. Please further raise the awareness of the general public, such as the recent arrival (return) from outside the city of Meizhou, please declare in advance through the “Health Meizhou” small program, or directly to the community, units, hotels to report. It is recommended to take nucleic acid test as soon as you arrive in Meizhou, and implement health management measures in strict accordance with the relevant guidelines.

In order to protect your health and life, please wear masks properly, wash your hands regularly, ventilate frequently, keep a safe social distance, and consciously implement preventive and control measures such as wearing masks, taking body temperature, and scanning place codes when entering and leaving various places.
