On October 21, the reporter learned from the city epidemic prevention and control command, the city epidemic prevention and control command issued the Tianjin new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention and control command No. 43 notice. The full text of the circular is as follows.

Through recent nucleic acid screening, a localized aggregated outbreak in some districts of the city was found to be triggered by the importation of the outbreak outside of Tianjin. In order to comprehensively investigate the risk of social transmission, resolutely stop the spread of the epidemic, and effectively protect the production and living order and health of the people, the city epidemic prevention and control command decided to continue nucleic acid testing in the city on October 22 (Saturday). The following is the notice.

A. October 22 (Saturday) from 8:00, the whole area of the personnel nucleic acid testing. Where the general public living in the city, sampling before the place of residence at the time to maintain in situ static, in accordance with the unified deployment of the district prevention and control command and street (town), community (village) organization arrangements, in an orderly manner to the designated location for nucleic acid testing, without leaving a household, without missing a person. Residents of high school and low risk areas and static management areas should strictly obey the management of the local streets. People in the whole area of Jinghai District should continue to remain relatively static until the negative results of nucleic acid testing are available. Residents of other districts are required to hold proof of this nucleic acid screening sampling and 72-hour negative nucleic acid certificate after sampling can arrange necessary travel.

Second, all foreigners returning to Tianjin from Tianjin and those with a history of travel to the epidemic area of the city should take the initiative to report to their communities and units and take the first initiative to undergo nucleic acid testing.

Third, the city’s institutions at all levels, enterprises and institutions at all levels, and public places should strictly implement the responsibility of inspection, and should strictly check the sampling certificate, 72-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, place code and health code of this nucleic acid screening. For those who have not participated in this nucleic acid screening, they should be promptly reminded to go to the nearest nucleic acid sampling site for nucleic acid testing. All districts, industry departments and units should strengthen supervision, management and inspection. Each district epidemic prevention and control command should strictly implement responsibilities, improve security measures, and enhance efficiency to ensure that “all tests should be conducted”.

For people within 48 hours after receiving the new coronavirus vaccine, no arrangement will be made for them to participate in the nucleic acid test for the time being, and each district will do a good job of filing statistics in advance and making proper arrangements for follow-up testing. For staff related to epidemic prevention and control, nucleic acid sampling and testing, and city operation and security, each district will make coordinated arrangements to ensure work travel.

V. Special Notice

(a) If you have a fever, please do not go directly to the screening sampling site for sampling, but take the initiative to report to the community in advance, obey the unified arrangements of the community, and go to the fever clinic of the district point-to-point for sampling. If you have symptoms such as dry throat, cough, and loss of smell (taste), you should take the initiative to report to the community, follow the unified arrangement to sample separately and receive flow transfer, and stay still and not go out until the nucleic acid test results are available.

(b) The general public is requested to actively cooperate with the staff of each sampling site to do a good job in sample collection and street and community management, not to panic, not to create rumors, not to believe in rumors, not to spread rumors, to refuse to cooperate, not to support, suspected of deliberately evading nucleic acid testing, disrupting the order, concealment, false reporting, impersonation, falsification of information, will be strictly investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with the law.

(3) The public is requested to use the “Tianjin Digital Epidemic Prevention App” or bring valid documents such as personal information registration QR code, ID card, foreign identity certificate, etc., according to the organization arrangement of the community (village), grid clerk and grid team leader, and go to the designated sampling points for sampling in an orderly manner in different periods.

(d) During the sampling period, please take good care of your personal protection, wear a mask and keep a safe distance to prevent cross-infection. Pay attention to take care of the elderly, children, pregnant women and people with mobility problems and other special groups.
